At Fabrivya, we want your shopping experience to be warm, easy, and worry-free.
While we take utmost care in crafting high-quality winterwear, we understand that sometimes the size, fit, or feel may differ.
That’s why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
🔄 Exchange Policy
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Only one exchange or return per order is allowed.
Exchanges are processed as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months from the date of issue.
Items bought with Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned again.
Products not passing our Quality Check (QC) will be returned to you.
Exchanges are accepted on all products except intimate wear (lingerie and thermals).
📦 Return Policy
Returns are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card), valid for 13 months.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
📝 How to Apply
Visit our Return/Exchange Portal (link in website footer).
Enter your Order Number and registered email or contact number.
Select the item and reason, and upload images (mandatory for defective or incorrect items).
Choose Store Credit as your refund option.
Submit your request.
Your request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, pickup will be arranged within 1–3 working days.
Store Credit will be issued within 2–3 working days after pickup,
(minus ₹100 reverse pickup charge).
📸 Note: Please take a photo or video while handing over the parcel to the courier as proof in case of disputes. Only hand over the specific item for which pickup is approved.
⚠️ Important Points
Reverse pickup fee: ₹100 (deducted from store credit).
If your return fails QC, you may contact us on WhatsApp for clarification.
If your order shows “Delivered” but hasn’t been received, report within 3 days (72 hours) — courier partners don’t accept claims beyond that period.

SHIPPING POLICY
At Fabrivya, we’re committed to delivering your winterwear quickly, safely, and transparently — wherever you are in India.
We work hard to ensure your shopping experience is smooth from checkout to doorstep.
1️⃣ Order Processing & Dispatch
Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Preorder items: If any product is on preorder, the expected dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on its Product Detail Page (PDP).
2️⃣ Domestic Shipping (Across India)
Standard delivery time: 2–6 business days, depending on your pin code and courier serviceability.
Delhi NCR Express Option: At checkout, customers in Delhi NCR can opt for Next-Day Delivery (available on select pin codes).
Shipping charges:
Standard shipping — Free across India
Express/NCR next-day delivery — nominal charges shown at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available for orders up to ₹10,000, with a flat ₹150 COD fee per order.
Tracking details:
Once shipped, your tracking number will be shared via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.

4️⃣ If It Shows “Delivered” but You Haven’t Received It
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the parcel hasn’t been received:
Inform us within 3 days (72 hours) of the “Delivered” status.
As per courier policies, no claim can be raised after 72 hours.
Fabrivya will not be responsible for any claim beyond this period.
Please record a short unboxing video when receiving your order — this helps resolve disputes quickly.

While we always strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:
Unfavorable weather conditions
Public holidays or courier disruptions
Remote or non-serviceable areas
In such cases, our support team will proactively update you.
